About Our Chefs

 

Sean

Born in Africa, and exposed to the rich colourful world of earthly flavours, Sean is a natural born Culinary Creator, where he followed his instincts and went to Prue Leiths College of food and wine in South Africa. After graduating, Sean moved to expanded his pallet of flavours to europe.

 

Justin

Sourcing only the freshest ingredients is essential to the heart of Justin's Cooking. Flavour comes from the the perverbial root of any dish and the perverbial root has to start with the best tasting ingredients avaliable to him.

 

Neil

Less is More and Simple tasting is what food is about. True to his Scottish Roots, Neils takes the Traditional and remakes it into a modernday classic that is a hit with all our customers, creating a memory of food from the heart. Rustic, homey and hearty just like Neil.

About Our Bistro Cafe:

 

Scotch Bonnet Bistro is a cafe by day and a Bistro by night, serving freshly prepared food to order, freshly ground 100%Arabica Coffee Beans and modest, contemporary food showcasing the best of fresh ingredients to produce simple delicious hearty healthy meals. 

 

Our casual relaxed atmosphere allows for diners to relax to a warm meal with friendly service. 

 

Our menu is designed to change with the seasons, allowing for the ingredients to be at their peak of flavour as nature intended. 

 

We are open to the public for evening meals serving a BYOB (bring your own Booze) licence with a Modest Corkage fee.

 

We also offer a variety of non alcoholic beverages and hot beverages. 

 

Our cakes and sweet treats are selected to provide light, indulgent treats and are located on the bar for display.
